Garlic & Herb Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 415°F.
- Add 1 tbsp. oil to cast iron
- Get that cast iron smokin’ hot
- Sear 2 min. Flip. Sear other side.
- Add the garlic/herb butter on top.
- Transfer to oven.
- Achieve temp below.
- Remove filets and let sit 5-10 min.
