Garlic & Herb Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 415°F.
  2. Add 1 tbsp. oil to cast iron
  3. Get that cast iron smokin’ hot
  4. Sear 2 min. Flip. Sear other side.
  5. Add the garlic/herb butter on top.
  6. Transfer to oven.
  7. Achieve temp below.
  8. Remove filets and let sit 5-10 min.

Doneness Internal Temp
Very rare/rare 120°F to 125°F
Medium rare 125°F to 130°F
Medium 135°F to 140°F
Medium well 145°F to 150°F
Well done 160°F
